get points based on the formula for his position
Draft
Teams that did not make the playoffs will be entered
into a
Lottery Draft
(Similar to NHL)
Remaining teams are determined by the order in which
they finished the Regular season
This is an inverse relationship, the team that finishes
first will pick last, 2nd place will pick second last
and so on.....
Any new teams joining will draft before the three teams
that won money in the regular season.
